For new enquiries received from 8 November 2026 through 1 February 2027, Belgian time. Website Start with Technical maintenance only: up to five pages, one language and one revision round. Hosting, domain, extra licences and additional work are separate. Extended maintenance and additional services are excluded. An enquiry is non-binding; the final quotation and existing payment and cancellation terms apply.

We first discuss products, payments, inventory, shipping and integrations. We then define a suitable scope, delivery approach and price. A webshop is outside Website Start.

Scope and quote

Merqhaven focuses on small businesses. Additional services are available on request, with a separate assessment and quotation. Scope, required integrations and delivery are agreed in advance.

Website Start

Website Start includes up to five content pages in one language, a polished base adapted to your brand and one consolidated revision round. You supply text, images and correct business details. Content, editing environment, hosting and maintenance are specified in your quotation.

Is a webshop included in Website Start?

No. Website Start is a business website with up to five content pages in one language. Online sales, payment processing, stock management and shipping integrations require a separate assessment and quotation.

Can you connect my payment and shipping services?

We first investigate your services, available integrations, required access and costs. We do not promise an integration before checking feasibility. Any provider and transaction costs are recorded separately.

What does a webshop cost and when will it be ready?

That depends on the product range, features, integrations and supplied material. You receive a separate proposal with price and schedule in advance. Website Start pricing and delivery times do not automatically apply to a webshop.
